All coffee is shipped as whole bean unless you request ground coffee and specify your brew method. For auto drip specify flat or cone.
When your order is ready we will call/text to arrange delivery or pick-up if you are local.
Please do not call or show up at the Roasteria.
We are offering local Binghamton delivery free in many cases, you can now also pick up your Laveggio order at Southbridge Wine & Spirits, DeColores Bake Shop/Milk+Ice and Baked Euphoria in Endicott – if using a pick up location please specify it in the notes section of the order.
The concept behind our logo is informed by our commitment to preserving each coffees “Terroir”with a careful and light touch during the roasting process and communicating each roast level accurately.
The scale represents the roast level of each coffee visually to help you choose the coffee that best suits your taste preference.
The 5 shapes at the bottom represent our 5 roast levels
If you buy a coffee roasted at the left -1 dot level on the scale – it will be bright and snappy and retain its fruity acidity.
A coffee roasted to the middle dot – 3 dot level on the scale – will generally be soft with a heavier body and little or no discernible acidity.
A coffee roasted to the far right – 5 dot roast level on the scale – will be heavy bodied with very dark and smoky roast notes – its terroir having been roasted away and replaced with roast attributes.

We will return your call as soon as possible.
